| 临床医学专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训并轨后，临床与科研训练割裂、过程评价不健全、导师协同不力等问题凸显，制约了人才培养质量。以提升岗位胜任力为核心，针对培养中的核心痛点，构建“优化培养方案-完善培养环节-加强导师队伍建设”三维模型，打造“目标-过程-主体”深度联动的质量保障体系，从目标层优化培养方案，强化4大胜任力模块；过程层建立多元形成性评价机制，搭建临床科研一体化平台；主体层完善双导师制，构建导师遴选、培训与考核体系。该体系经实践应用，有效解决了培养中的体系性问题，显著提升了研究生临床实践能力与综合素养，相关培养指标表现优异，为医教协同背景下临床医学专业学位研究生教育改革提供了可复制的实践范式，也为医学教育管理者与研究者提供了系统的改革思路和实践框架。 |

| After the integration of postgraduate education for clinical medicine professional degree and standardized residency training,problems such as the separation of clinical and scientific research training,inadequate process evaluation,and inadequate supervisor collaboration have become prominent,restricting the quality of talent cultivation.Centering on improving competency for clinical posts,this study addressed the key problems in cultivation and constructed a three-dimensional model of "optimizing training programs-improving training processes-strengthening supervisor team development",as well as a deeply interconnected quality assurance system of "goal-process-subject".At the goal level,the training program was optimized to consolidate the four core competency modules;at the process level,a diversified formative evaluation mechanism was established and an integrated clinical and scientific research platform was built;at the subject level,the dual-tutor system was refined and a comprehensive system for supervisor selection,training and assessment was constructed.Put into practical application,this system has effectively solved the systematic problems in cultivation,significantly improved postgraduates' clinical competence and comprehensive quality,and improved the relevant indicators in relevant cultivation indicators.It provides a replicable practical paradigm for the reform of postgraduate education for clinical medicine professional degree in the context of medical-education collaboration,as well as a systematic reform idea and practical framework for medical education administrators and researchers. |
