| 胃癌作为全球高致死率的恶性肿瘤，早期诊断和准确分期对于优化治疗方案和改善患者预后至关重要。近年来，超声诊断技术因其无创、无辐射及实时动态观察等独特优势，在胃癌的筛查、诊断与分期中日益受到重视。尤其是经腹超声（TAUS）、内镜超声（EUS）和对比增强超声（CEUS）在提高诊断准确性和指导临床治疗方面展现出显著潜力。尽管目前超声技术在胃癌中的应用取得了诸多进展，但仍存在一定的技术局限和临床挑战。本文系统综述了胃癌超声诊断的主要方法，评估了各类超声技术的应用价值及不足，旨在为胃癌的早期识别和个体化治疗提供理论依据和技术支持。 |

| Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor with a high global mortality rate.Early diagnosis and accurate staging are essential for optimizing therapeutic strategies and improving patient prognosis.In recent years,ultrasound diagnostic technology has garnered increasing attention in the screening,diagnosis,and staging of gastric cancer due to its unique advantages,including its noninvasiveness,lack of ionizing radiation,and capable of real-time dynamic observation.In particular,transabdominal ultrasound (TAUS),endoscopic ultrasound (EUS),and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) have demonstrated significant potential in enhancing diagnostic accuracy and guiding clinical management.Despite substantial progress in the application of ultrasound technology for gastric cancer,certain technical limitations and clinical challenges persist.This paper systematically reviews the primary ultrasound diagnostic methods for gastric cancer,evaluates the clinical value and limitations of various ultrasound techniques,and aims to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the early identification and individualized treatment of gastric cancer. |
