| 目的 了解芜湖市专科护生短视频成瘾流行情况及其相关因素，为制定针对性干预策略提供参考依据。方法 2025年1月至2月，采用横断面研究设计，便利抽取安徽中医药高等专科学校671名专科护生为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、主观空虚感量表、患者健康问卷抑郁量表（PHQ-2）、护理学校归属感量表及大学生短视频成瘾问卷进行调查。结果 专科护生短视频成瘾得分为（33.34±10.74）分；PHQ-2得分≥3分者97人（14.5%）。多元线性回归分析显示，主观空虚感（β=0.409，P＜0.001）、抑郁症状（β=0.124，P=0.001）对短视频成瘾具有正向预测作用；护理学校归属感（β=-0.132，P＜0.001）具有负向预测作用。结论 专科护生短视频成瘾处于中等水平，主观空虚感、抑郁症状是其危险因素，学校归属感是其保护性因素。建议通过提升护生学校归属感、加强心理健康教育等针对性干预措施，降低短视频成瘾风险。 |

| Objective To investigate the prevalence of short video addiction among junior college nursing students in Wuhu City and its related factors,so as to inform targeted intervention strategies.Methods From January to February 2025,a cross-sectional study was conducted among 671 junior college nursing students selected by convenience sampling from Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The survey tools included a general information questionnaire,the Subjective Emptiness Scale,the Patient Health Questionnaire-2 (PHQ-2),the Sense of Belonging in Nursing School Scale,and the College Students' Short Video Addiction Questionnaire.Results The score of short video addiction among junior college nursing students was (33.34±10.74);97 students (14.5%) had PHQ-2 score ≥3.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that subjective emptiness (β=0.409,P＜0.001) and depressive symptoms (β=0.124,P=0.001) significantly and positively predicted short video addiction,while nursing school belongingness (β=-0.132,P＜0.001) significantly and negatively predicted short video addiction.Conclusion The degree of short video addiction among junior college nursing students is at a moderate level.Subjective emptiness and depressive symptoms are risk factors,while school belongingness is a protective factor.Targeted interventions such as enhancing nursing students' school belongingness and strengthening mental health education are recommended to lower the risk of short video addiction. |
