| 目的 合成镁铝层状双金属氢氧化物/魔芋胶(Mg-Al LDH/KGM)复合水凝胶,探索其微观结构、物理化学性质和载药性能。方法 采用共沉淀法制备Mg-Al LDH,再用魔芋胶(KGM)包覆LDH合成复合水凝胶,运用SEM、DSC、流变学、FTIR、XRD等方法研究其结构、性质和性能;载药凝胶抗菌实验考察其对药物释放的控制效果。结果 成功制备了Mg-Al LDH/KGM水凝胶及其载药凝胶。Mg-Al LDH/KGM水凝胶装载抗菌药物左氧氟沙星(levofloxacin,LVFX)后作用于金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌,抑菌效能可分别达到对照标准的80.0%和85.0%。结论 Mg-Al LDH/KGM水凝胶合成方法简便、成本较低,且对药物左氧氟沙星表现良好的抗菌效果。 |

| Objective To synthesize Mg-Al LDH/KGM hydrogel by encapsulating Mg-Al layered double hydroxide (LDH) with konjac glucomannan (KGM),and to investigate its microstructure,physicochemical properties,and drug-loading performance.Methods Mg-Al LDH was prepared via co-precipitation,followed by encapsulation with KGM to fabricate the composite hydrogel.The structure,properties,and performance of the hydrogel were characterized using SEM,DSC,rheological measurements,FTIR,and XRD.Results Mg-Al LDH/KGM hydrogel and its drug-loaded form were successfully prepared.When Mg-Al LDH/KGM hydrogel loaded with the antibacterial drug levofloxacin,the hydrogel exhibited inhibitory effects against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,achieving 80.0% and 85.0% of the standard control efficacy,respectively.Conclusion The synthesis method of Mg-Al LDH/KGM hydrogel offers advantages of operational simplicity and cost efficiency.The experiments demonstrated that the drug hydrogel had excellent antibacterial activity and sustained-release performance for levofloxacin,suggesting potential applications in drug delivery systems. |
