| 王叔和在《脉经》中从多个角度对情志脉象进行了系统性的探索。他明确提出了数种情志脉象的具体名称；并认为药物、环境、性情等因素均可影响脉象，形成特异的脉象；本文认为，王叔和的贡献不仅在于脉象的命名，更在于他强调诊脉需结合人之性情、环境等因素，并巧妙运用情志疗法处理诈病等特殊情志状态，堪称情志脉诊圣手。《脉经》是继《内经》之后详细论述情志脉诊的首部脉学专著，其理论体系与临床思维对当代中医情志病学与脉诊研究具有重要的启示价值。 |

| Wang?shu-he?explored the emotional pulse condition from multiple perspectives in his classics Maijing. He clearly put forward the specific names of several emotional pulse condition; and he considered that drugs, environment, disposition, etc. all can affect the pulse condition , then result in the pulse condition changing to form a specific pulse condition. This paper argues that Wang Shu-he''s contribution lies not only in the nomenclature of pulses but also in his emphasis on combining pulse diagnosis with the patient''s disposition and environmental factors, as well as his skillful application of psychotherapy to handle special emotional states like feigned illness, establishing him as a master of emotional pulse diagnosis. Maijing is the first monograph on pulse studies to discuss emotional pulse conditions in detail after the Neiing (Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor), and its theoretical system and clinical methodology hold significant enlightening value for contemporary research in TCM emotional disorders and sphygmology. |
