| 目的 了解县级三甲医院护士“互联网+护理服务”从事意愿的现状,探究其类别特征,并探究不同类别下的影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法于2024年12月-2025年3月,选取某县级两所三甲医院的护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表和护士“互联网+护理服务”从事意愿量表进行调查。对县级三甲医院护士“互联网+护理服务” 从事意愿特征进行潜在剖面分析,并通过单因素分析和Logistic回归分析识别不同剖面的影响因素。结果 最终纳入360名护士,量表得分为86(75, 96)分,其从事意愿可分为低效能顾虑型、规范遵从权衡型、高效能信任型3个剖面。Logistic回归分析结果显示,上门服务经历、有“互联网+护理服务”培训经历、自评健康状况、对“互联网+护理服务”了解程度、是否有必要对提供“互联网护理服务”的护士定期进行培训、培训时长是潜在不同剖面的独立影响因素。(P<0.05)。结论 护士从事意愿呈现3个潜在剖面,建议管理者根据群体异质性及不同特征制定个性化干预方案。 |

| Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of nurses 'willingness to engage in "Internet + Nursing Service" in county-level tertiary hospitals, explore their categorical characteristics, and identify influencing factors across different categories. Methods A convenience sampling method was employed from December 2024 to March 2025 to select nurses from two county-level tertiary hospitals as survey subjects. The general information questionnaire and the nurses' willingness to engage in "Internet + Nursing Service" scale were used for investigation. Potential profile analysis was conducted on the characteristics of nurses' willingness to engage in "Internet + Nursing Service" in county-level tertiary hospitals, and single-factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis were employed to identify influencing factors across different profiles.Results A total of 360 nurses were enrolled, with a scale score of 86 (range: 75-96). Their engagement willingness was categorized into three profiles: low-efficiency concern, norm-compliance trade-off, and high-efficiency trust. Logistic regression analysis revealed that experience with home visits, training in "Internet + Nursing Service", self-rated health status, understanding of "Internet + Nursing Service", the necessity of regular training for nurses providing "Internet Nursing Service", and training duration were independent predictors of different profiles (P<0.05). Conclusion The nurses' engagement willingness exhibited three potential profiles. Managers are advised to develop personalized intervention plans based on group heterogeneity and distinct characteristics. |
