| 目的 本研究旨在探究分裂型人格特质与社交回避和社交苦恼之间的关系及其潜在的脑神经机制。方法 对153名大学生施测分裂型人格问卷简版(SPQ-B)、社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD)，并采集其静息态磁共振成像数据。采用Spearman等级相关分析探究分裂型人格特质与社交回避和社交苦恼之间的关系，并采用中介分析探究分裂型人格特质在脑功能连接与社交回避和社交苦恼关系中的作用。结果 SPQ-B总分7.00(4.00，11.00)，社交回避评分4.00(2.00，7.00)，社交苦恼评分4.00(1.00，8.00)。分裂型人格特质与社交回避(r=0.41，P＜0.001)及社交苦恼(r=0.41，P＜0.001)均呈正相关。功能连接分析发现，左侧额上回眶部与左侧腹侧内嗅皮层之间的功能连接与分裂型人格特质负相关(r=-0.36，P＜0.001)。中介分析显示，分裂型格特质完全中介功能连接对社交回避的影响(B=-4.41，95%CI: -7.37~-2.09，占总效应65%)和社交苦恼的影响(B=-6.04，95%CI: -9.30~-3.13，占总效应83%)。结论 左侧额上回眶部与左侧腹侧内嗅皮层之间的功能连接通过分裂型人格特质间接影响了社交行为，为理解其神经机制提供了新证据。 |

| Objective This study aimed to explore the relationship between schizotypal personality traits and social avoidance and social distress, as well as their underlying neuropsychological mechanisms. Methods A total of 153 college students completed the Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire-Brief (SPQ-B) and the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale (SAD), and underwent resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI).Spearman rank correlation analyses were conducted to examine the associations between schizotypal personality traits and social avoidance and social distress.Mediation analyses were performed to investigate the role of schizotypal personality traits in the relationship between brain functional connectivity and social avoidance and social distress. Results Scale score analyses showed that the SPQ-B total score was 7.00(4.00, 11.00), the social avoidance score was 4.00(2.00, 7.00), and the social distress score was 4.00(1.00, 8.00).Schizotypal personality traits were positively correlated with both social avoidance (r=0.41, P < 0.001) and social distress (r=0.41, P < 0.001).Functional connectivity analysis revealed that the connectivity between the left orbital superior frontal gyrus and the left ventral entorhinal cortex was negatively correlated with schizotypal personality traits (r=-0.36, P < 0.001).Mediation analyses further demonstrated that schizotypal personality traits fully mediated the effects of functional connectivity on social avoidance (B=-4.41, 95%CI: -7.37~-2.09, accounting for 65% of the total effect) and social distress (B=-6.04, 95%CI: -9.30~-3.13, accounting for 83% of the total effect). Conclusion Functional connectivity between the left orbital superior frontal gyrus (ORBSup.L) and left ventral entorhinal cortex (ENT.L) indirectly influences social behavior through schizotypal personality traits, providing new evidence for understanding its neuropsychological mechanisms. |
