      目的 探讨社会支持与自我效能在冠心病患者电子健康素养与生命质量间的链式中介作用。 方法 2025年2月至6月,便利抽样法选取芜湖市2家综合性三甲医院冠心病患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、电子健康素养量表、一般自我效能量表、健康状况调查表、奥斯陆社会支持量表进行调查。采用SPSS进行描述性分析、单因素分析和Pearson相关性分析,运用Process进行链式中介效应分析。结果 冠心病患者电子健康素养得分为(20.84±9.47)分,社会支持得分为(10.36±2.24)分,自我效能得分为(24.10±7.80)分,生命质量得分为(74.50±20.16)分。Pearson 相关性分析显示,电子健康素养、社会支持、自我效能与生命质量均呈正相关(r值分别为 0.464、0.349、0.529;均 P<0.001)。链式中介效应分析显示,电子健康素养对生命质量的总效应为1.014(95%CI:0.819~1.208,P<0.001;社会支持与自我效能的总中介效应为0.459(95%CI:0.345~0.583,P<0.001),占总效应的45.27%,其中电子健康素养一社会支持一生命质量路径效应为0.082(95%CI:0.024~0.149,P<0.01),占总效应 8.09%;电子健康素养一自我效能一生命质量路径效应为0.314(95%CI:0.219~0.420,P<0.001),占总效应30.96%;电子健康素养一社会支持一自我效能一生命质量路径效应为 0.064(95%C1:0.037~0.098,P<0.001)占总效应 1.58%;电子健康素养对生命质量的直接效应为0.554(95%CI:0.351~0.758,P<0.001),占总效应54.64%。结论 医护人员可以构建干预支持网络增强冠心病患者电子健康素养,提升其社会支持、自我效能水平,提升冠心病患者生命质量。

      To explore the chain mediating role of social support and self-efficacy between e-health literacy and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). MethodsFrom February to June 2025, convenience sampling was used to select CHD patients Keywords: Coronary heart disease; e-Health literacy; Social support; Self-efficacy; Quality of lifedescriptive analysis, univariate analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis, and Process was used for chain mediation effect analysis. Results The e-health literacy score of CHD patients was (20.84±9.47), the social support score was (10.36±2.24), the self-efficacy score was (24.10±7.80), and the quality of life score was (74.50±20.16). Pearson correlation analysis showed that e-health literacy, social support, and self-efficacy were all positively correlated with quality of life (r values were 0.464, 0.349, and 0.529, respectively; all P<0.001). Chain mediation effect analysis showed that the total effect of e-health literacy on quality of life was 1.014 (95%CI: 0.819~1.208, P<0.001); the total mediating effect of social support and self-efficacy was 0.459 (95%CI: 0.345~0.583, P<0.001), accounting for 45.27% of the total effect. Among them, the path effect of e-health literacy→social support→quality of life was 0.082 (95%CI: 0.024~0.149, P<0.01), accounting for 8.09% of the total effect; the path effect of e-health literacy→self-efficacy→quality of life was 0.314 (95%CI: 0.219~0.420, P<0.001), accounting for 30.96% of the total effect; the path effect of e-health literacy→social support→self-efficacy→quality of life was 0.064 (95%CI: 0.037~0.098, P<0.001), accounting for 1.58% of the total effect; the direct effect of e-health literacy on quality of life was 0.554 (95%CI: 0.351~0.758, P<0.001), accounting for 54.64% of the total effect.ConclusionMedical staff can build an intervention support network to enhance the e-health literacy of CHD patients, improve their social support and self-efficacy levels, and thus improve the quality of life of CHD patients.Keywords: Coronary heart disease; e-Health literacy; Social support; Self-efficacy; Quality of life
