| 背景 近年来抑郁症人数显著增加,主观认知功能、客观认知功能及社会功能受损导致疾病负担加重,但两种认知模式差异及相互影响缺乏研究。目的 本研究旨在构建抑郁症患者主客观认知功能的网络结构以及主客观认知功能与社会功能的相关性网络。方法 选取2023年2月-2024年10月在山东省戴庄医院就诊的181名抑郁症患者为研究对象。采用抑郁症认知损害5项问卷 (Five-item Perceived Deficits Questionnaire for Depression,PDQ-5-D)、中国简版神经认知成套测验(Chinese Version of Brief Neurocognitive Test Battery,C-BCT)、席汉残疾量表(Sheehan Disability Scale, SDS)分别评定主观认知功能、客观认知功能以及社会功能状况。通过正则化偏相关网络分析,明确主客观认知功能网络中症状的核心症状、桥接节点以及主客观认知与社会功能之间的相关性。采用R Studio软件对网络进行统计分析和可视化。结果 “大脑空白”症状在主观认知网络及客观认知网络中的节点强度为0.91,其桥接节点强度为0.07。节点强度的相关稳定性系数为0.70。“难条理化”症状(r=0.15)与社会功能之间存在相关性。结论 “大脑空白”症状是整个主客观认知网络网络的核心症状及桥接症状。“难条理化”症状与SF“社会功能”之间关联系数最高。临床中关注“大脑空白”症状,或许可以再一定程度上改善抑郁症患者的认知功能。此外,通过及早干预并改善“难条理化”症状,或将更好改善患者的社会功能。 |

| Background In recent years, the prevalence of depression has significantly increased, with impairments in subjective cognitive function, objective cognitive function, and social function contributing to a heavier disease burden. However, differences and interactions between subjective and objective cognitive functions remain understudied. Objective This study aims to construct network structures of subjective and objective cognitive functions in patients with depression and to explore their correlations with social function. Methods A total of 181 patients with depression, diagnosed at Daizhuang Hospital in Shandong Province from February 2023 to October 2024, were enrolled. Subjective cognitive function, objective cognitive function, and social function were assessed using the Five-item Perceived Deficits Questionnaire for Depression (PDQ-5-D), the Chinese Version of Brief Neurocognitive Test Battery (C-BCT), and the Sheehan Disability Scale (SDS), respectively. Regularized partial correlation network analysis was employed to identify core symptoms, bridge nodes, and correlations between subjective/objective cognitive functions and social function. Statistical analysis and visualization were performed using R Studio software. Results The symptom "brain fog" exhibited a node strength of 0.91 in both subjective and objective cognitive networks, with a bridge node strength of 0.07. The correlation stability coefficient for node strength was 0.70. The symptom "difficulty in organization" (r=0.15) was correlated with social function. Conclusion |
