| This article focuses on the construction of an applied talent training system for the specialty of psychiatry under the background of New Medical Education.First,the article elaborates on the theoretical foundations for constructing a talent cultivation system,including the three-dimensional model for talent cultivation in New Medical Science and the core competency framework for applied talents.Then it provides a detailed outline of specific implementation pathways in areas such as the reconstruction and optimization of the curriculum system,innovation in teaching models,the construction of a practical teaching system,the integration mechanism of science and education,and the fusion of humanities and ideological-political education.Finally,it summarizes the quality assurance and outcomes of the system's implementation,aiming to provide a reference for the cultivation of high-quality and applied talents in psychiatry. |
