| 目的：本研究旨在构建基于PERMA理论的腰椎术后患者恐动症的干预方案。方法：通过专家函询法，对一级指标和二级指标进行评价与优化。运用Likert 5级评分法评估指标重要性，并通过权威系数、变异系数和肯德尔和谐系数等指标分析专家意见的一致性和可靠性。结果：专家权威系数分别为0.8865和0.9195，均高于0.7，表明结果可靠。变异系数均小于0.172，肯德尔和谐系数在0.206~0.542之间，专家意见趋于一致。最终形成包含5个一级指标和23个二级指标的干预方案。结论：基于PERMA理论的干预方案能够系统整合心理与行为干预要素，契合生物-心理-社会医学模式，兼具科学性和可行性。 |

| Objective: This study aims to construct an intervention protocol for kinesiophobia in postoperative lumbar spine patients based on PERMA theory. Methods: The primary and secondary indicators were evaluated and optimized through the Delphi expert consultation method. The importance of indicators was assessed using the Likert 5-point scale, while the consistency and reliability of expert opinions were analyzed through authority coefficients, variation coefficients, and Kendall's concordance coefficients. Results: The expert authority coefficients were 0.8865 and 0.9195, both exceeding 0.7, indicating reliable results. The variation coefficients were all below 0.172, and Kendall's concordance coefficients ranged between 0.206 and 0.542, demonstrating a convergence of expert opinions. The final intervention protocol comprised 5 primary indicators and 23 secondary indicators. Conclusion: The PERMA theory-based intervention protocol systematically integrates psychological and behavioral intervention elements, aligns with the biopsychosocial medical model, and exhibits both scientific rigor and feasibility. |
