      在当前医疗卫生事业快速发展的背景下,提升本科助产士的核心胜任力已成为满足行业需求、保障母婴健康的关键。本文聚焦于本科助产专业人才的培养,深入探究以助产士核心胜任力为导向的“校院协同”办学模式。助产士核心胜任力涵盖了专业知识与操作技能、沟通能力与健康教育能力、紧急抢救能力和临床思维判断能力、专业态度及专业行为5个方面,是助产士在职业实践中能够高效、安全履行职责的基石。“校院协同”办学模式强调学校与医院之间的紧密合作,通过资源共享、优势互补,打破传统教育与实践之间的壁垒,使学生在理论学习与实际操作之间实现无缝衔接。本研究通过整合学校与直属附院即济宁医学院附属医院的资源,组建融合临床与理论教学相长的多元教学团队,共同制定培养目标、优化课程设置、创新教学方法以及强化实习实训,能够显著提升助产士核心胜任力。此办学模式为本科助产士人才培养提供新思路,有助于培养更多兼具扎实理论知识、卓越实践能力与高尚职业素养的高素质助产专业人才。

      Under the background of the current rapid development of medical and health services, improving the core competence of undergraduate midwives has become the key to meet the needs of the industry and ensure the health of mothers and children. This article focuses on the training of undergraduate midwifery professionals, and explores the "school-hospital collaboration" education model guided by the core competence of midwives. The core competency of midwives covers professional knowledge and operation skills, communication skills and health education ability, emergency rescue ability and clinical thinking and judgment ability, professional attitude and professional behavior, which is the cornerstone of midwives to perform their duties efficiently and safely in professional practice. The "school-hospital collaboration" model emphasizes the close cooperation between schools and hospitals. Through resource sharing and complementary advantages, the barriers between traditional education and practice are broken, so that students can achieve a seamless connection between theoretical learning and practical operation. In this study, by integrating the resources of the school and the Affiliated hospital of Jining Medical University, establishing a diverse teaching team that integrates clinical and theoretical teaching and learning, jointly formulating training objectives, optimizing curriculum Settings, innovating teaching methods and strengthening internship training, the core competency of midwives can be significantly improved. This teaching model provides a new idea for the training of undergraduate midwifery talents, and helps to cultivate more high-quality midwifery professionals with solid theoretical knowledge, excellent practical ability and noble professional quality.
