| 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease, AD)可以从中医、西医、运动、音乐及高压氧5个方面进行治疗及干预。AD治疗策略, 主要基于其病理学特征, 如β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积、微管相关蛋白(Tau蛋白)磷酸化导致的细胞内神经元纤维缠结、神经炎症、自由基增多导致神经细胞氧化应激损伤、神经细胞凋亡、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性增强等, 旨在保护神经免受这些因素的干扰从而改善大脑的记忆力与认知功能障碍。运动疗法、音乐疗法及高压氧疗法则作为辅助手段, 在AD治疗及预防中发挥积极作用。 |

| Alzheimer′s disease (AD) can be managed through a diversified approach encompassing traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Western medicine, exercise, music therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The therapeutic strategies for Alzheimer′s disease (AD) are primarily based on its pathological features, such as amyloid-beta (Aβ) deposition, intracellular neurofibrillary tangles caused by phosphorylation of microtubule-associated protein (Tau protein), neuroinflammation, oxidative stress damage to nerve cells induced by increased free radicals, neuronal apoptosis, and enhanced acetylcholinesterase activity.The goal is to protect neurons from these pathological insults, thereby ameliorating memory and cognitive dysfunction.Non-pharmacological approaches like exercise, music, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy primarily serve as adjunctive measures in the treatment and prevention of AD. |
