| 目的 了解山东省医学生健康素养水平现状、分析其影响因素,为提高医学生健康素养水平,制定干预政策提供参考。方法 于2024年7月-10月,采用整群分层抽样方法,抽取山东省内5所本科院校临床、护理、影像、麻醉等专业的2295名本、专科医学生进行调查,采用自制问卷收集人口学信息,使用《2015年全国居民健康素养监测问卷》测量医学生健康素养水平,运用SPSS 26.0统计软件进行独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析和多因素logistic回归分析,探究影响医学生健康素养的重要因素。结果 山东省医学生的健康素养水平为53.68%;不同性别、生源地、专业、学历、家庭月收入、父母受教育程度间健康素养水平差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。性别、城市、学历、临床专业、收入情况以及父母学历是影响医学生健康素养水平的重要影响因素(均P＜0.05)。结论 山东省医学生的健康素养总体水平较高。性别、生源地、学历、专业、家庭月收入和父母受教育程度均会影响医学生的健康素养,需要实施有针对性的干预措施,以提升医学生健康素养水平。 |

| Objective To understand the current situation of the health literacy level of medical students in Shandong province,analyze its influencing factors,and provide references for improving the health literacy level of medical students and formulating intervention policies.Methods From July to October 2024,2 295 undergraduate and junior college medical students from five undergraduate medical schools in Shandong province,including majors of clinical,nursing,imaging and anesthesia were selected for the study using the whole-cluster stratified sampling method.The demographic information was collected using a self-administered questionnaire,and the health literacy level of medical students was measured using the national health literacy monitoring questionnaire for residents of China 2015.The statistical software of SPSS26.0 was used to conduct the t-test,one-way ANOVA,and multifactor logistic regression analysis to explore the important influencing factors of medical students' health literacy.Results The health literacy level of medical students in Shandong province was 53.68%.The analysis showed that gender,geographic origin of students,specialty,education level,monthly family income and parents' education level had statistically significant effects on health literacy level (P＜0.05).Gender,city of residence,educational background,clinical major,income status,as well as parents' educational backgrounds are important influencing factors that affect the health literacy level of medical students(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The overall level of health literacy among medical students in Shandong province is relatively high.Gender,geographic origin of students,education level,specialty,monthly family income and parents' education level all affect the health literacy of medical students,and targeted and effective interventions should be implemented to improve the health literacy of medical students. |
