| 目的 调查实习护生转型冲击的现状,并探讨其与角色模糊、社会支持的相关性。方法 于2023年7月—2024年4月采用便利抽样法,选取芜湖某三甲医院实习护生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、角色模糊量表、社会支持量表进行调查。结果 实习护生转型冲击得分为(47.68±7.41)分,角色模糊(25.41±5.39)分,社会支持(8.87±1.84)分。多元线性回归分析显示,专业满意度、就业压力、社会支持、角色模糊是实习护生转型的影响因素。相关性分析显示,转型冲击与角色模糊呈正相关(r=0.473,P＜0.05),与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.329,P＜0.05)。结论 实习护生转型冲击处于中高水平,高校管理者应优化管理结构,减轻实习护生角色模糊,提高其社会支持以减轻转型冲击水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the impact of the transition shock of nursing interns and explore its correlation with role ambiguity and social support.Methods From July 2023 to April 2024,the convenience sampling method was adopted to select the nursing interns in a tertiary grade hospital in Wuhu as the research object,and the general data questionnaire,role ambiguity scale and social support scale were used for the research.Results The transition shock score of nursing interns (47.68±7.41) the score of role ambiguity (25.41±5.39),the score social support (8.87±1.84).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the professional satisfaction, employment pressure,social support,and role ambiguity are the influencing factors of the transformation of nursing interns.Correlation analysis showed that the transition shock was positively correlated with role ambiguity (r=0.473,P＜0.05) and negatively with social support (r=-0.329,P＜0.05).Conclusion The transition shock of nursing interns is at a medium and high level.University administrators should optimize the management structure,reduce the ambiguous role of nursing interns,and improve their social support to reduce the transition shock. |
