| 家庭照顾者是脑卒中幸存者康复过程中的重要支持力量。家庭照顾者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪发生率高于脑卒中幸存者。由于脑卒中后沉重的照顾负担,使得家庭照顾者常常面临巨大的心理和生理压力,容易产生焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,对自身及幸存者的生活质量产生负面影响。近年来,照顾者的身心健康已成为备受关注的焦点问题。本文综述了脑卒中幸存者家庭照顾者负性情绪的相关概念、影响因素及干预策略,旨在为本主题的进一步研究提供参考依据。 |

| Family caregivers constitute a critical pillar of support for stroke survivors during rehabilitation.Studies have shown that the incidence of negative emotions such as anxiety and depression is higher in family caregivers than that in stroke survivors.Due to the heavy caregiving demands after a stroke,family caregivers often encounter overwhelming psychological and physiological stress and are prone to negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,which negatively affect their quality of life and that of the survivors.In recent years,the physical and mental health of caregivers has become a major concern.This article reviews the concepts,influencing factors, and intervention strategies related to negative emotions in family caregivers of stroke survivors,aiming to provide a reference basis for further research on this topic. |
