| 阿尔茨海默病可以从中医、西医、运动、音乐及高压氧五个方面进行治疗及干预,治疗药物分为中药治疗、方剂治疗以及西药治疗。阿尔茨海默病的治疗具有许多的途径,其治疗主要依据阿尔茨海默病的病理学特征：β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积、微管相关蛋白(Tau蛋白)磷酸化导致的细胞内神经元纤维缠结、神经炎症、自由基增多导致神经细胞氧化应激损伤、神经细胞凋亡、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性增强等,以保护神经免受这些因素的干扰从而改善大脑的记忆力与认知功能障碍等情况。运动疗法、音乐疗法及高压氧疗法主要是辅助阿尔茨海默病的治疗及预防阿尔茨海默病的发生。 |

| Alzheimer's disease can be treated and intervened from five aspects: traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, sports, music, and hyperbaric oxygen. Treatment drugs fall into traditional Chinese medicine treatment, prescription treatment, and Western medicine treatment. There are multiple approaches to treating Alzheimer's disease, with the treatment mainly based on its pathological characteristics: amyloid beta (Aβ) deposition, phosphorylation of microtubule-associated protein (Tau) resulting in intracellular neuronal tangles, neuroinflammation, an increase in free radicals causing oxidative stress damage to nerve cells, nerve cell apoptosis, and enhanced acetylcholinesterase activity. The aim is to protect nerves from the interference of these factors and ameliorate brain memory and cognitive dysfunction. Exercise therapy, music therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy mainly serve as adjuncts in the treatment and prevention of Alzheimer's disease. |
