| 高校学报在高校发挥着特有的学术资源支撑和人才培养作用。本文以《济宁医学院学报》为例,基于“三全育人”理念,以问题为导向,分析和总结高校学报的育人作用和育人路径。本文分析编辑工作中发现的医学生发表论文过程中出现的问题,提出高校学报在学生培养过程中积极发挥学术价值观引领作用及学术规范引导作用,重点在选题策划、编辑校对等出版全过程、数字化转型与二级学院协同育人等方面践行“三全育人”理念,将育人落实到工作中。 |

| University journals play a unique role in academic resource support and talent cultivation in higher education institutions.Taking the Journal of Jining Medical University as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the educational functions and paths of university journals with the concept of "three aspects education" and the problem-oriented approach.By examining issues identified in the process of medical students publishing papers in editing work,the paper puts forward that university journals should actively play the leading role of academic values and academic norms in the process of cultivating students,and the emphasis is put on carrying out the idea of "aspects education" in the whole process of publishing such as topic selection planning,editing and proofreading,digital transformation and cooperative education of secondary colleges. |
