| 高血压,作为一种常见的心血管疾病,是心脑血管疾病、肾功能不全等多种疾病的重要危险因素,也往往与糖尿病、高脂血症等其他疾病合并发生。高血压共病使得患者的医疗需求增加,医疗资源负担加重,生活质量严重下降,给自身、医疗服务提供者以及整个医疗系统带来了新的挑战。因此,有必要对我国高血压共病的现状进行系统的分析总结,旨为高血压及其相关合并症的防治提供科学依据,为我国全科医生提供共病管理思路。 |

| Hypertension as one of the common cardiovascular diseases,is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,renal insufficiency and other diseases, and often co-occurs with diabetes,hyperlipidemia and other diseases.The comorbidiousness of hypertension increases the medical demand of patients,increases the burden of medical resources, and seriously decreases the quality of life,which brings new challenges to themselves,medical service providers and the whole medical system.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically analyze and summarize the current situation of hypertension comorbidities in our country,in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension and its related comorbidities,and to provide comorbidities management ideas for our general practitioners. |
