| 目的 探讨成人依恋和孤独感之间的关系，以及心理弹性在其中的中介作用。方法 选取济宁医学院482名在校大学生施测亲密关系经历量表、心理弹性量表和UCLA孤独感量表，通过SPSS 25.0对收集到的问卷数据进行统计分析，运用Process3.3进行中介效应检验。结果 依恋焦虑（r=0.631, P<0.01）、依恋回避（r=0.714, P<0.01）与孤独感显著负相关。心理弹性在依恋回避和孤独感之间存在部分中介效应，中介效应占总效应的13.59%。结论 心理弹性在依恋回避和孤独感之间起部分中介作用，成人依恋直接或间接影响大学生孤独感水平 |

| Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between adult attachment and loneliness, and the mediating role of psychological resilience in the relationship between adult attachment and loneliness. Methods 482 university students at Jining Medical College were selected to administer the Intimate Relationship Experience Scale, the Psychological Resilience Scale and the UCLA Loneliness Scale. The da ta collected from the questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSS 25.0 and conduct mediation effect tests using Process 3.3. Results Attachment anxiety (r=0.631, P<0.01), attachment avoidance (r=0.714, P<0.01) and loneliness were significantly negatively correlated. The partial mediating effect of psychological resilience between attachment avoidance and loneliness was significant, with the mediating effect accounting for 13.59% of the total effect. Conclusion Psychological resilience partially mediates the relationship between attachment avoidance and loneliness, and adult attachment directly or indirectly influences college students' levels of loneliness. |
