| 胰胆管合流异常（PBM）是一种胆胰管发育异常的先天性畸形，长期发展会导致胆胰系统肿瘤的发生，因此早发现早诊治是一个重点。内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）作为PBM的诊断金标准，不仅能缓解急性临床症状，而且可以作为后期外科手术的桥接手段。 |

| Pancreaticobiliary maljunction (PBM) is a congenital malformation with abnormal development of biliary and pancreatic ducts,which can lead to biliopancreatic system tumors, so early detection and diagnosis are the priority.As the gold standard for the diagnosis of PBM,Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) not only relieves acute clinical symptoms but also serves as a bridge to eventual surgery. |
