| 目的 开发一种应用非均相催化体系的8-氨基喹啉衍生物选择性C-O键构建方法。方法 分别从催化剂及氧化剂等对反应进行优化,并以筛选出的最优条件展开底物普适性考察。结果 以酞菁铜作为催化剂,碘苯二乙酸为氧化剂,于50℃下在乙酸中反应5h,高效实现了8-氨基喹啉C5-H选择性C-O键构建。结论 成功开发了一种应用非均相催化体系的C-O键构建方法并将其应用于8-氨基喹啉C5-H选择性官能团化。 |

| Objective Developing a heterogeneous catalysis system for the selective C5(sp2)-O cross coupling of 8-aminoquinoline derivatives.Methods Optimizing the reaction from catalysts and oxidants, the scope of substrates was then investigated via the optimal conditions.Results With copper phthalocyanine as catalyst and PhI(OAC) 2 as oxidant, C5 selective C-O bond was efficiently constructed in AcOH at 50℃ for 5h.Conclusion A method for C-O bond construction by means of heterogeneous catalytic system was successfully developed and applied to the selective functionalization of 8-aminoquinoline derivatives. |
