| 摘 要 目的 本研究旨在调查大学生回避型人格特质与抑郁症发病风险之间的关系。方法 分别于2018年4~10月和2019年4~10月对济宁、日照、潍坊三个地区7319名大一学生使用复合性国际诊断交谈表3.0版、回避型人格特质量表等量表进行调查，使用单因素、多因素logistic回归以及趋势性检验进行分析。结果 大学生回避型人格特质数量和抑郁症发病风险间存在线性趋势，且为正相关（r = 0.07，P＜0.001）。1~3个回避型人格特质（OR = 1.71，95%CI: 1.12~2.61）和4~7个回避型人格特质（OR = 2.30，95%CI: 1.45~3.66）都会增加抑郁症的发病风险。结论 回避型人格特质会增加大学生抑郁症的发病风险，应重视拥有回避型人格特质的大学生，及时开展心理辅导减轻心理负担。 |

| Abstract:Objective This study aims to investigate the relationship between avoidant personality traits and the risk of major depressive disorder among college students. Methods The surveys were conducted among 7,319 freshmen in the Jining, Rizhao, and Weifang regions during the periods of April to October 2018 and April to October 2019, respectively. The Composite International Diagnostic Interview-3.0 and the Avoidant Personality Screening Scale were used for data collection. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis, as well as trend-test, were employed for data analysis. Results The quantity of avoidant personality traits in college students shows a linear trend with the risk of developing major depressive disorder, and there is a positive correlation between them (r = 0.07, P < 0.001). 1-3 avoidant personality traits (OR = 1.71, 95% CI: 1.12–2.61) and 4-7 avoidant personality traits (OR = 2.30, 95% CI: 1.45–3.66) both increase the risk of major depressive disorder. Conclusions The avoidant personality traits increase the risk of major depressive disorder in college students. It is important to pay attention to college students with avoidant personality traits and to promptly provide psychological counseling to alleviate the burden of mental health issues. |
