      腰椎间盘突出症是一种常见的脊柱退行性疾病,椎间盘退变(intervertebral disk degeneration,IDD)是其发生的主要原因。IDD的原因主要包括炎症、机械负荷、老化、遗传、营养缺乏等因素。他汀类药物是一种3-羟基3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶竞争抑制剂,具有降低血脂和抑制炎症等多种功效。外源性给予他汀类药物可以通过抑制炎症和凋亡,促进细胞外基质的合成等途径,维持椎间盘的结构完整性,进而抑制IDD的发展。本文主要探讨他汀类药物治疗IDD的作用机制,有助于进一步探讨他汀类药物治疗IDD的可行性。
英文摘要:
      Lumbar disc herniation is a common degenerative disease of the spine,and intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD) is the main cause of its occurrence;the main causes of disc degeneration include inflammation,mechanical loading,ageing,genetics,nutritional deficiencies and other factors.Statins are competitive inhibitors of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase,which have various effects such as lowering blood lipids and inhibiting inflammation.Studies in a rat model of disc degeneration have shown that exogenous administration of statins can maintain the structural integrity of the disc and thereby inhibit the development of IDD by inhibiting inflammation and apoptosis and promoting the synthesis of extracellular mechanisms.Statins play an important role in the process of IDD.This article focuses on the application of statins in the treatment of IDD and their role,and explores their potential therapeutic mechanisms,which can help further explore the feasibility of statins in the treatment of IDD.
