| 目的 多重耐药菌(multidrug-resistant organism,MDRO)是对三类或三类以上抗生素同时耐药的病原菌。MDRO感染在临床上是一个棘手的问题。为了更好地处理MDRO感染,需要加强对MDRO的了解,并在探索中寻找更为有效的治疗方案。本文对临床常见MDRO的流行现状、耐药机制、治疗策略方面的研究成果做一综述。 |

| multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO) is a pathogen that is resistant to three or more types of antibiotics at the same time.MDRO infection is a tricky issue clinically.In order to better manage MDRO infection,it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of MDRO and searching for more effective treatment options.This article reviews the prevalence,drug resistance mechanism and treatment strategies of the common clinical MDRO. |
