| 回顾性分析2021年1月收治的1例合并髂外动脉狭窄的髂外动脉瘤的诊断及治疗过程，并复习相关文献。该患者确诊为髂外动脉瘤，同时合并髂外动脉狭窄，治疗上选择血管腔内技术，取得了良好的临床受益。对于髂外动脉瘤合并髂动脉狭窄的患者，血管腔内治疗是一种治疗有效的微创方法，值得推广。 |

| A case of external iliac aneurysm with external iliac artery stenosis admitted to our hospital in Jan.2021 was retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed.The patient was diagnosed as external iliac aneurysm with external iliac artery stenosis.Endovascular technique was selected for treatment, and good clinical benefits were achieved.Endovascular therapy is a minimally invasive and cost-effective method for patients with external iliac aneurysm complicated with iliac artery stenosis, which is worthy of promotion. |
