| 抑郁症是最常见的精神障碍之一。目前,抗抑郁药物起效时间一般非常缓慢,需要几周甚至几个月。氯胺酮作为一种非竞争性N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体拮抗剂,具有快速起效抗抑郁作用,低剂量的氯胺酮抗抑郁起效时间在1h内。本文对氯胺酮快速抗抑郁机制及临床抗抑郁治疗应用做一综述。 |

| Depression is one of the most common mental disorders.At present,antidepressant medications work very slowly and take weeks or even months.As a non-competitive N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist,ketamine has a rapid antidepressant effect.The antidepressant effect of low-dose ketamine works within one hour.In this article,the rapid antidepressant mechanism of ketamine and its clinical application in antidepressant treatment were reviewed. |
