| 雌激素可以通过成骨细胞、破骨细胞、骨细胞等一系列调控机制来维持骨量，其对骨的改建具有十分重要的作用，雌激素缺乏可导致骨保护作用丢失进而造成骨量的减少。本文就雌激素在骨改建过程中的作用作一综述。 |

| Estrogen can maintain bone mass through a series of regulatory mechanisms such as osteoblasts,osteoclasts and osteocyte,which play a very important role in bone re-modeling.Estrogen deficiency can lead to the loss of bone protection and then cause a decrease in bone mass.This paper gives a review of the relationship between estrogen and bone remodeling. |
