| 构建和谐医患关系已经成为医疗行业面临的重要问题。塑造医学生的和谐人格是构建和谐医患关系的重要渠道。本文通过挖掘儒家"恕"思想的内涵，将其融入课堂教学中，并通过培养医学生反求诸己的能力，提升平等意识以及树立教师的情感威信，加强对医学生心理引导等有效措施，有助于医学生和谐人格的塑造。 |

| Building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship has become an important issue facing the medical industry.Formed the harmonious personality is an important channel to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.The connotation of the ideology of confucian forgiveness was excavated fully.Through the effective measurements such as taking them into the teaching process of medical students,the medical students' ability of self seeking and equality consciousness was culvated.Teachers' emotional prestige was established.Paying attention to psychological guidance for medical students can help us to form the harmonious personality of medical students. |
