| 总结1例围产期急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者行体外膜肺氧合（ECMO）治疗的护理经验。重视ECMO机器及动静脉管道护理、输液管理、抗凝的管理；密切观察循环系统变化并加强基础护理及并发症的预防护理，并给予相应的心理疏导。经过33d的精心治疗和护理，患者康复出院。 |

| To summarize the nursing experience of a case with perinatal acute respiratory distress syndrome treated by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).More attention should be paid to the nursing of ECMO machine and arteriovenous pipeline,infusion management,anticoagulant management.It should be to closely observe the changes in the circulatory system and strengthen primary care and preventive nursing of complications,and give corresponding psychological guidance.After 33 days of careful treatment and care,the patient was discharged from the hospital. |
