| miRNA是一类小分子非编码单链RNA，主要发挥转录后调控作用，通过调控各种基因表达在正常组织和多种肿瘤中发挥细胞增殖、分裂、凋亡和侵袭转移等作用。最近研究发现miR-378家族与肿瘤、心脏疾病和肝脏疾病密切相关，且相关研究越来越多。本文就miRNA-378家族在各型疾病中的功能研究进行综述，为疾病诊断和治疗提供新的方向。 |

| MiRNA is a class of non coding small single strand RNA,which plays the role of post transcriptional regulation and plays an important role in normal tissues and tumors,such as cell proliferation,division,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis.Recent studies have found that the miR-378 family is closely related to tumors,heart diseases and liver diseases,and related research is increasing.This article summarizes the functions of miRNA-378 in various types of tumors and normal tissues,and provides a new direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
