| 黄原胶是经发酵生产的一种微生物胞外杂多糖，被广泛应用于医药领域。黄原胶已被证明对TLR4具有高亲和力，是一种TLR4相关活性多糖，具有调节机体免疫功能的作用，在新型免疫调节类药物的研发方面具有较大潜力。本文对近年来黄原胶免疫调节作用的重要研究成果作一综述。 |

| Xanthan gum is a microbial extracellular hetero-polysaccharide produced by fermentation,which is widely used in medical field.Xanthan gum is a kind of active TLR4-related polysaccharides which has been proved to have a high binding affinity to TLR4.Xanthan gum can regulate the immune function of the body,which has potential applications in the development of a new immunomodulatory drug.In this article,the important research achievements of immunomodulatory effect of xanthan gum were reviewed. |
