| 组蛋白去乙酰化酶是一类调节组蛋白和非组蛋白赖氨酸残基去乙酰化的酶，与转录调控、细胞周期、蛋白转运和血管发生等密切相关。精神分裂症是一种常见的精神疾病，其病因复杂，尚未阐明。研究表明，组蛋白去乙酰化酶在精神分裂症病理生理过程中不可或缺。本文主要介绍组蛋白去乙酰化酶的各亚族在精神分裂症发生发展过程中的调控作用，为其分子靶向治疗和研制特异性抗精神分裂症的药物提供理论依据。 |

| The histone deacetylases is a class of enzymes that regulates the deacetylation of histone and non-histone lysine residues which is closely related to transcriptional regulation,cell cycle,protein transport and angiogenesis.Schizophrenia is a common mental illness whose pathogenesis is complex and unclear.Researches have shown that the histone deacetylases is indispensable in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia.This article mainly introduces the regulation of histone deacetylase subfamilies in the process of schizophrenia.Meanwhile,it provides a retical basis for its molecular targeted therapy and the development of specific anti-schizophrenia drugs. |
