| 目的 为受损的骨磨片提供一种新的修复方法。方法 收集组织学实验教学过程中受损的骨磨片，依次采用无水乙醚、二甲苯溶液处理后，2%火棉胶液镀膜、中性树胶封片备用。结果 与修复前相比，修复后的骨磨片美观整洁，光镜下骨单位同心圆结构及骨小管放射状结构清晰可见。结论 采用本文的方法修复受损的骨磨片，不仅还原了正常的骨组织结构，继续用于实验教学，也节省一定的办学经费，值得进一步推广。 |

| Objective To provide a new method to repair the bone grinding slices.Methods The damaged bone grinding slices were collected during the histology courses.These slices were treated with anhydrous diethyl ether,xylene solution,2% collodion solution and successively,then mounting the slices with neutral resinene.Results The slices were artistic and neat after repairing,and the structures were very clear in the light microscope.Conclusion The paper provided a new method for repairing the bone grinding slices,which could be popularized from now on. |
