| 食欲素A是一种由下丘脑分泌的神经肽，具有诸多的生理功能。尤其在调控摄食行为、睡眠-觉醒节律、奖赏与成瘾以及能量平衡等方面具有重要的作用。近年来研究发现，食欲素A与多种神经系统相关疾病的病理生理学作用有着重要的联系。本文重点针对发作性睡病、抑郁症、缺血性脑卒中、阿尔兹海默症、神经性厌食与食欲素A关系的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Orexin-A is an important hypothalamic neuropeptide which can regulate numerous physiological functions,such as feeding behavior,sleeping awakening rhythm,reward and addiction,energy balance.Recent studies found that orexin-A has play an significant role in the pathophysiology of various neurological diseases.This article elaborates the research progress of orexin-A and several neurological diseases in latest years. |
