| Putative receptor protein related to the angiotensin receptor AT1(APJ)and its ligand-apelin,widely exist in a variety of tissues and organs.They have attracted great attention because of participating in regulating vascular system,angiogenesis,tumorigenesis and so on.This paper reviewed the structure and physiological and pathological features of apelin/APJ. |
