| 目的 观察艾灸对脑缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠血清MMP-9含量的影响。方法 将SD大鼠随机分为模型组、艾灸组和假手术组，每组15只，神经行为学评分评判造模以及不同时间点艾灸干预神经功能恢复情况，ELISA检测血清MMP-9含量，Western Blot检测脑组织中MMP-9表达。结果 艾灸干预后，艾灸组神经功能缺损评分较模型组明显降低（P < 0.05）；艾灸组血清MMP-9含量和脑组织MMP-9表达较模型组明显降低，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 艾灸对脑缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠神经功能有显著改善作用，其机制可能是通过调节血清和脑组织MMP-9表达量的变化，从而保护血管内皮细胞损伤。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion on the expression of MMP-9 in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats.Methods SD rats were divided into model group,moxibustion group and Sham-operation group randomly (n=15).Neurobehavioral score was used to evaluate the situation of modeling.After moxibustion,the recovery of nerve function at different time points,the content of MMP-9 in serum were detected by ELISA,and the expression of MMP-9 in brain tissue was detected by Western Blot.Results After moxibustion,the neurological score in moxibustion group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P<0.05).The MMP-9 expression in serum and brain tissue in the moxibustion group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion can significantly improve neurological function in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.The mechanism may be the protection of vascular endothelial cell injury by changing the expression of MMP-9 in serum and brain tissue. |
