| 近年来，医疗纠纷案件逐年增多并成为社会、媒体广泛关注的热点。由医疗纠纷引起的相关医疗损害鉴定亦逐年增加，引起相关部门及学者的高度重视。本文主要通过阐述我国医疗纠纷的起源，相关法律法规的发展，到医疗事故鉴定走向医疗损害鉴定的演替，谈谈医疗损害鉴定的发展及展望。 |

| The medical dispute cases are increased more and more in recent years which becomes a focused issue for the Society and media.The Medical damage identification generated from the medical dispute cases also increases in recent years.This arouses the attention of relevant departments and scholars.The aims of this paper is to discuss the development and prospect of Medical damage identification by expounding the origin of medical disputes in China,the development of relevant laws and regulations and the succession of the malpractice appraising of the medical damage identification. |
