| 法医学本科教育在我国社会主义法制建设与改革中的地位越发重要。法医学人才培养已进入了承前启后和转型升级发展的关键阶段。目前还存在一些制约其发展的问题。因此，探讨法医人才培养新模式满足当前社会需求已成为当务之急。本文在对我国法医教育的现状进行分析的基础上，对创新法医人才培养模式，完善协同育人机制，加强合作交流，专业共建，教师人才队伍建设，加强实践技能与科研能力培养，提升就业质量等方面进行了深入探讨，从而促进法医学本科教育能够健康、快速可持续的发展。 |

| Forensic medical undergraduate education is increasingly important in the construction and reform of socialist legal system in our country.The cultivation of forensic talent is at a critical stage of the development in the future and the transformation and upgrading.But there are some bottlenecks that are hard to break and severely restricted its development.So,it is urgent to explore the new training models of forensic talent and meet the needs of the current society.On the basis of analysis of the present situation of forensic education,we investigate deeply the cultivation mode of innovative forensic talent,improving mechanism for cooperative development,strengthening cooperation and exchanges,professional building,constructing the teachers talents,strengthening the training of practical skills and scientific research and improving the quality of employment.This contributes to promote the healthy and rapid development of forensic medicine undergraduate education. |
