| 临床医学专业学位研究生培养与规培并轨是我国专业学位研究生培养模式的探索。经过近10年的实践，发现在研究生培养过程中存在导师带教理念有偏差、学位课程安排和规培时间冲突以及分流机制不完善等问题。对此，专业学位研究生培养中应强化专硕规培理念、优化课程设置和完善考核体系，从而提升研究生培养质量。 |

| Combination of standardized training of clinical medicine master's degree and resident training mode is the merger of our professional degree graduate.After 10 years of practice,it is found that there are some problems in the course of the cultivation of professional degree graduate students,such as the deviation of teaching ideas,the arrangement of degree courses,the conflict of the training time and the imperfect mechanism.In this regard,the professional degree graduate students should strengthen the concept of regulation,optimize courses and improve system compliance training assessment system of training for enhancing the quality of graduate students. |
