| 双相情感障碍(bipolar disorder,BD)又称心境障碍,目前其发病机制尚不明确。BD具有遗传性,目前发现一些染色体区域和特定基因与BD相关,但尚不能明确这些特定基因的参与或序列变异的发生与BD的关系。因此,仍需进行大量研究来进一步探究BD遗传方式。 |

| Bipolar disorder is also known as mood disorders and the pathogenesis is unclear until now.Family and twin studies have confirmed the genetics of bipolar disorder.Although the researchers have discovered some related chromosomal regions and specific genes,they have not confirmed the relationship between the involvement of any specific gene or sequence variant and the bipolar disorder.The scholars both at home and abroad still needs a lot of studies to explore the genetics of bipolar disorder.We review the research status of the genetic of bipolar disorder in this paper. |
