| 计划生育政策实施35年来,失独家庭这一弱势群体的保障问题正逐渐引发全社会的思考和重视。如何实施切实有效的社会保障政策,对于失独家庭来说显得尤为重要。本文综述了我国部分省市关于失独家庭的社会保障政策,从失独家庭的现状中揭示现行政策的不足之处,并提出了与之相对应的措施和方法。 |

| We have put the family planning policy into practice since 35 years ago.The vulnerable groups of the parents who have lost their only child in China gradually results in the thinking of the whole society and focus.The review refers to some provinces and cities for the social security of the parents and the current situation of the parents reveal the deficiency of current policy,which put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures. |
