| 舒张性心衰(diastolic heart failure,DHF)是左室射血分数正常或轻微下降的心力衰竭,其在发病机制、临床诊断、治疗原则上均区别于收缩性心衰,近年来因其高发病率及高死亡率的流行病学特征受到临床医生的高度关注。本文根据近年相关领域的研究成果,对DHF的病理生理、诊断及药物治疗作一综述。 |

| Diastolic heart failure is known as HF with normal or nearly normal systolic function,which is distinct from systolic heart failure in pathogenesis,diagnosis and management.The high morbidity and mortality in patient with HF with preserved ejection fraction derived from epidemiology which has been attracted more and more attention.According to the updated researches,we review the diastolic heart failure in physiopathology,diagnosis and pharmacotherapy. |
