| 细胞因子信号转导抑制因子2(suppressor of cytokine signaling 2,SOCS2)是SOCS家族中的一员,参与调节包括个体生长、代谢、骨形成、肿瘤发生、机体免疫在内的许多生理和病理过程。本文主要从SOCS2的结构、自身活性的调节、在信号转导中的生物学功能以及临床研究等方面,对近年来发表的SOCS2相关文献做一简要概述。 |

| As a member of the suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) protein family,SOCS2 is a negative regulator of cytokine signal transduction which is involved in a variety of aspects of biological and cellular function including growth,metabolism,bone growth,tumorigenesis and immune function.In this article,we mainly review SOCS2 about its molecular structure,the regulation of its activity,biological function in the cytokine signal transduction and clinical research. |
