目的简要介绍了具有抗肿瘤活性的四氢异喹啉生物碱jorumycin的分离和活性。综述了迄今为止所有jorumycin化合物的全合成研究进展,并分析了每个全合成路线的构环顺序。

英文摘要:

Objective The isolation and bioactivity of the tetrahydroisoquinoline antitumor alkaloid jorumycin was briefly introduced.This paper reviews the recent advance in the total synthesis of jorumycin.The strategies and sequences to construct the skeleton have been analyzed.
