| 目的 研究拐芹(Angelica polymorpha Maxim)地上部分的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定结合谱学分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从拐芹中分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为二十五烷酸(Pentacosanoic acid)(Ⅰ),三十二烷酸(Lacceroicacid)(Ⅱ),α-香树脂醇(α-amyrenol)(Ⅲ),3-Hydroxy-3,6-dimethyl-2-(3-methylbut-2-enylidene)-3,3a,7,7a-tetrahydrobenzofuran-4(2H)-one(Ⅳ),拐芹色原酮A(Angeliticin A)(Ⅴ),去甲基丁香色原酮(Noreugenin)(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol)(Ⅶ),乙酰水合氧化前胡素(Oxypeucedanin hydrate acetate)(Ⅷ),蔗糖(Sucrose)(Ⅸ)和E-4-羟基-4-甲基-2戊烯酸(4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentenoic acid)(Ⅹ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅷ、Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

| Objective To investigate the chemical composition of extraction from Angelica aerial parts of polymorpha Maxim.Methods Silica gel column chromatography was employed for the isolation and purification.Results Ten compounds Pentacosanoic acid(1), Lacceroic acid(2), α-amyrenol(3), 3-Hydroxy-3, 6-dimethyl-2-(3-methylbut-2-enylidene)-3, 3a, 7, 7a-tetrahydrobenzofuran-4(2H)-one(4), Angeliticin A(5), Noreugenin(6), Daucosterol(7), Oxypeucedanin hydrate acetate(8), Sucrose(9), 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentenoic acid(10) were isolated and their structures elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR and MS techniques.Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 3, 8, 10 were isolated from A.polymorpha for the first time. |
