| 目的 探讨阿伐他汀对喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)细胞系Hep-2细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法 给予体外培养Hep-2细胞阿伐他汀处理,MTT法检测细胞活力,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率,并分析超氧化物生成情况。结果 阿伐他汀降低了Hep-2细胞活力,引起了Hep-2细胞凋亡,超氧化物水平升高。结论 阿伐他汀对LSCC具有潜在的治疗作用。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of lovastatin on the proliferation and apoptosis of Hep-2 cells in vitro.Methods Hep-2 cells were treated with lovastatin.Cell viability was measured by MTT assay.The apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry.And reactive oxygen species(ROS)production were analyzed.Results Lovastatin induced the decrease of cell viability in Hep-2 cells.The apoptotic rate of Hep-2 cells and the production of ROS increased after lovastatin treatment.Conclusion Lovastatin could be used potentially for the treatment of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. |
