| 目的 探讨棕榈花蕾水提物对雌性小鼠的抗着床、抗早孕及避孕作用。方法 给雌性小鼠分别用低剂量(2.5g/kg)、中剂量(5g/kg)和高剂量(10g/kg)的棕榈花蕾水提物灌胃,研究其抗着床、抗早孕及避孕作用。结果 抗着床实验中低、中、高剂量棕榈花蕾水提物对小鼠的妊娠抑制率为60%以上,中高剂量棕榈花蕾水提物对早期妊娠小鼠有明显致流产作用。中、高剂量棕榈花蕾水提物能使小鼠的避孕率达100%。结论 棕榈花蕾水提物具有显著的抗着床、抗早孕及避孕作用。 |

| Objective To explore anti-implantation, anti-early pregnancy function and contraceptive effect of aqueous extract of kittul alabastrum in mice.Methods To study the effect of anti-implantation, anti-early pregnancy function and contraceptive effect of mice which were given aqueous extract of kittul alabastrum with 2.5 g/kg, 5 g/kg, 10g/kg.Results In the experiment of anti-implantation, inhibition rate of pregnancy was over 60%, and middle and high dose group induced miscarriage of early pregnancy mice.Contraception rate of middle dose and high dose group was 100%.Conclusion Aqueous extract of kittul alabastrum was anti-implantation, anti-early pregnancy and contraceptive effect on female mice. |
