| 目的 分析基本药物制度实施前后处方用药及费用变化情况,评估基本药物制度实施效果。方法 抽取门诊病人处方,建立处方数据库,并对处方资料进行统计、分析。结果 处方书写规范性程度较低,处方药品费用明显降低,其他指标与理想水平相比仍有较大差距。结论 应继续推广、完善基本药物制度,监督医生处方行为,采取多种措施促进药物的合理使用。 |

| Objective By analyzing the prescription and cost changes after the implementation of Essential Drugs System, the impact of this system could be evaluated.Methods Select outpatient prescription were selected to establish the database and analyze the materials statistically.Results Although drug cost decrease obviously, the normalization of writing prescriptions was barely acceptable, with other indicators being far from the ideal level.Conclusion To promote rational utilization of drugs, it is essential to take various measures to promote and optimize Essential Drugs System and supervise doctors' behavior in writing prescription. |
