| Leptin is one member of the adipokines and it takes a part in lipid metabolism.It has been found it also played an important role in tumor development by promoting tumor proliferation, angiogenesis, apoptosis and metastasis.Here, its biological characteristics and role in ovarian cancer development are reviewed. |
